A trip down memory lane!

October 25th 2021

AOB had the pleasure of taking a trip down memory lane today with Mr Michael Ball, who along with his wife Constance Ryder, were both members of Ashton Baths swimming team in the 1960’s.

Michael and Constance (both pictured below) originally met at the baths and both competed in many Gala’s and won an array of medals, in fact Constance was champion of Lancashire! – and we have an amazing photo of Michael diving into the water!
